Terms of Use — Boo World

These Terms apply to the Boo World mobile application (“the App”) provided by MirzaevCo LLC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; if you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/) also apply. Where these conflict with our Terms, the store’s terms prevail for store matters.

1. Who may use the App

The App is for children aged 2–5 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The adult who installs the App accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf and is responsible for purchases and settings. Settings and purchases are behind a parental gate; do not share the answer with a child.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple or Android devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store and Google Play rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the App or its content.

3. Free content and Premium

Some levels are free. Boo World Premium unlocks every level in every place and all content added in future updates while your access is active. Premium is offered as:

• a monthly auto-renewing subscription;
• a yearly auto-renewing subscription, which may include a free trial (currently 7 days) for new subscribers;
• a Forever one-time purchase (non-consumable, no renewal).

Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may differ by country.

4. Subscriptions, trials, cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends at the price shown when you subscribed.
• A free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless cancelled before then. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases can be restored from the Parent Zone or the Premium screen using the same Apple ID or Google account. Family Sharing is supported on Apple devices.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by the store under its policies: Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. We cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Content and updates

We add levels and places over time and may change, replace or retire content. We aim to keep Premium worth its price, but we do not promise a specific number of updates or a release date.

7. Safety

The App has no advertising, no chat, no external links reachable by a child and collects no personal data (see the Privacy Policy). It is a toy, not an educational or medical service, and does not replace parental care.

8. Intellectual property

Boo, the Boo World name, artwork, music, levels and code are ours or used under licence. Third-party assets are credited in the App and on the website and remain the property of their owners.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is always at https://mirzaev.uz/apps/booworld/terms with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
