Privacy Policy — Boo World

Boo World (“the App”) is made by MirzaevCo LLC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan (“we”, “us”). The App is designed for children aged 2–5 and is used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. This policy explains what the App does and does not do with data. The short version: the App does not collect personal data, does not show ads, and has no accounts.

1. Data we do not collect

• We do not ask children or parents to create an account.
• We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, photos, contacts, location or device identifiers on our servers. We have no servers that receive data from the App.
• We do not show advertising and do not use advertising SDKs.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• The App does not contain chat, social features, links a child can open, or user-generated content.

2. Data stored only on your device

To make the App work, some settings are saved locally on your device and never leave it:

• the child’s first name (optional), age and the daily play-time limit you set in the Parent Zone;
• game progress (completed levels, stages reached, stars earned);
• play time used today and any extra minutes a grown-up granted;
• the chosen app language and the sound setting;
• a cached note that Premium is active, so it works offline.

You can erase progress in the Parent Zone (“Reset progress”). Deleting the App removes all of this data.

3. Purchases

Premium is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system on iPhone and through Google Play Billing on Android. Payment, billing details and your Apple ID or Google account are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their privacy policies; we never see card numbers or account credentials. To know whether Premium is active, the App checks the purchase status with Apple or Google on the device. Purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID or Google account, or shared through Family Sharing on Apple devices.

Apple and Google may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying sales reports.

4. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for children under 13 and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws by design: it does not collect personal information from children. Purchases and settings are placed behind a parental gate (a math question) so that only a grown-up can reach them.

5. Third parties

The App is distributed by Apple (App Store, TestFlight) and by Google (Google Play). Their collection of data in connection with downloading and using apps is governed by Apple’s privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The App includes open-source artwork and sounds (Microsoft Fluent Emoji, flag-icons, Kenney sound packs). These are static files and involve no data processing.

6. Security

Because no personal data is transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to lose or leak. Local data is protected by your device’s own security.

7. Changes

If the App ever starts to collect data (for example, optional crash reports), we will update this policy first, change the “Last updated” date and, where required, ask for consent inside the App.
